Besides the movie's characters being prejudice, the movie itself was, also. Some of the jobs that the characters had were what was expected for their race. The Latino guy was doing manual labor, the Latino woman was a housekeeper, the Persian man owned a store, the young Black guys were car thieves, and the White couple was high in status. The movie not only represented individual prejudice, but prejudice by society, as well. That is how society looks at its U.S. citizens, exactly how it is seen in someone's eyes. With that in mind, I wonder if all the prejudices today are instigated by society...
