In conclusion, to taxes being increased on gas for the non citizens, it will help the citizens to be able to enjoy not paying as much in tax dollars and be able to buy cheaper gas, this will increase the travel rate, the amount of airline tickets being bought and most importantly the road improvements can be made and the public transportation will have extra money...
