For instance Chile, which borrowed 3.9 billion dollars in the 1970s and by 1982 had paid 12.8 billion in interest, then still owing money. It seems that the poorer countries need help and that the richer countries can provide, so there can be rich and poverty as long as they strive to eliminate that poverty, instead of sustaining it...
